SAINTS under 19s thrashed neighbours Warrington Wolves 32-4 to return to the top of the table.

They got off to a flying start when Josh Simm scored the first of his brace with only four minutes on the clock.

Then Ryan Horne's grubber had the Wolves defence in trouble, allowing skipper Sam Royle to collect and touch down.

The procession continued when Paul Nash took Simm’s inside pass for the third try.

The Wolves replied with a Nathan Robeuck try but normal service was soon resumed with big prop Warren Smith charging over.

In the second half Simm picked up a loose ball to run his second and then Jumah Sambou jinked his way through beating off two tacklers to go in for his debut try at this level.
