N'Dam – a former WBA middleweight world champion – has never fought in the UK but is sure to prove a tough test for the 36-year-old, whose last fight saw him outpoint Roberto Garcia in June.
The fight takes place on the undercard of the IBF world featherweight title fight between England's Josh Warrington and Northern Ireland's Carl Frampton.
