ST HELENS Tri’s Mike Goulbourne finished in the top 25 at the Snowdonia Marathon, in 3:05:17 knocking over ten minutes off his 2017 result.
Lee Stinch finished in under 3 hours 50 minutes, Kevin Dunbar clocked 4:11:49, and Craig Abbott just over five hours.
Dunbar led the club home at the Striders Trail 5 in 36:32 and Stinch completed the Lancaster Half Marathon in 1:37:12. Diane Taktak who finished Lancaster in 2:11:22 ahead of longtime members Matt and Emma Shillabeer.
Melanie Sayed won her age group at the Fireworks 500 swim in a time of 10:52.
