SAINTS assistant strength and conditioning coach Ade Gardner is departing for pastures new.
The former international wing took up his post at Saints at the end of 2014 – after a successful playing career since joining from Barrow in 2001.
As player Gardner scored 173 times in 286 appearances, including tries in the 2006 Grand Final and the World Club Challenge win over Brisbane.
And he was noted for his committed 'run-through-a-brick-wall' returns to start sets.
Since retiring as a player he has been working under the club’s head of strength and conditioning Matty Daniels since then, whilst completing his studies.
He is expected to step up to a senior role at another Super League club.
