SAINTS paid tribute to former skipper Geoff Pimblett on Friday night with both sets of supporters, players and officials joining in with a minute's applause.
The funeral of the popular full back, who died earlier this month at the age of 73, will take place tomorrow (Tuesday) at St Helens Crematorium at 11am.
Pimblett had a glittering career at Saints in the 1970s and was the first man to complete a Lance Todd and Harry Sunderland Trophy double.
