THE professional career of a mixed martial artist from St Helens could be about to receive a huge boost.
Daniel “The Spitfire” Randolph, who fights out of the Hamma Academy of Mixed Martial Arts on North Road, could be about to take one step closer to a title opportunity.
He will fight on the BAMMA show at London’s Wembley Arena on March 9, where he takes on Dominique Woodley in a title eliminator.
Randolph, who has won both of his paid bouts having turned professional last year, looks set to showcase his skills in front of a national TV audience, with his fight with Woodley being shown on ITV4 and online via Unilad.
The St Helens fighter is also searching for sponsorship to help him continue his training full time.
