CASH Converters has become a principal partner of the Saints and the brand will have its livery on the home shirt.

It will work alongside the club and its foundation on a number of new and exciting initiatives.

Martin Hawthorne from Cash Converters said: “We are delighted that St.Helens R.F.C have been able to put a sponsorship package together for us that will help Cash Converters communicate its community focus in stores, not just locally but across the whole of The Betfred Super League.

“Although we are an International brand in 21 countries, we have a very strong presence in the UK through our entirely franchisee owned network of stores, many of whom live in the local community they serve.

“That means our store owners are committed to building a business around their local community and our partnership with the Saints and the way they work with their community will help us progress this further.”

Cash Converters launched its first UK store in the UK in 1991 after bringing their successful brand over from Australia. Pioneers of the buying, selling and trading in of products.

“This is a significant partnership for the Saints and we are proud to have Cash Converters on board,” Saints General Manager Dave Hutchinson said. “Cash Converters are an established, Internationally recognised brand and the partnership continues their investment not only in sport but in their local communities too.

“They have previously been principal sponsors of Hull City F.C and the PDC and are current sponsors of Motherwell FC, working alongside each to create successful partnerships.

“The synergy between ourselves as a community club and Cash Converters is even more enhanced by the fact they will be donating £6,000 in total to our community clubs.

“We’re excited about the future and look forward to more initiatives like this going forward.”
