MARTIAL arts students have celebrated medal success in a national competition in Swindon.
The Matt Fiddes Martial Arts students, who train in Great Sankey, St Helens and Widnes, took part in the schools' British Championships.
Nathan Heywood was awarded one silver and two bronze medals, Emma Garth secured silver, while Ella James won bronze.
Max and Luke Baguley, Amy Dobie and Daniel Roach also took part.
Master Steve James said: "The team have been working so hard over the past three months preparing for the champs and they have done the schools proud."
