ST HELENS darter Stephen Bunting rallied from two sets down to win the last five sets of his World Darts Championships quarter final at Lakeside.
Dutchman Rick Hofstra led 2-0 and seemed to unsettle the BDO world number one from Newtown.
But on the verge of going 3-1 down at break, Bunting won the pivotal fourth set.
Bunting did not look back and although he never had it easy, his finishing was a lot more clinical as the match wore on.
