If you’ve missed out on a place to run the 10k but still want to be involved, why not be part of the volunteering team on the day?
Volunteers play a crucial role in the GPW Recruitment St Helens 10K Run, helping to ensure that the event runs smoothly, as well as making it a day to remember for everyone participating.
There are a number of roles for keen and enthusiastic volunteers, including marshalling along the route, providing information to runners and spectators at the information points and handing out water to runners on the drink station.
All volunteers will receive a full briefing, a packed lunch from Scoff Outside – including a sandwich, crisps and fruit – and a huge thank you from the Steve Prescott Foundation, plus the sense of satisfaction of helping in the largest road race St Helens has ever hosted.
