AS a resident and road user living close to Windle Island, the recent improvements have made a big difference to the traffic flow through the junction.
However, when using the junction as a pedestrian, I wonder how blind people are able to cross safely as there does not appear to be any warning sounds to indicate when it is safe to cross?
