Disgusted by traffic warden littering
TO the disbelief of my son and I as we were driving home via Tolver Street we watched a parking enforcement officer disposing of his empty orange Lucozade bottle, while his female colleague witnessed this, in some bushes.
Why does this man think he is above the law?
And why does he think that littering is okay?
