IN these uncertain times, one thing which still amazes me is the lack of social distancing among the younger generation.

I was over the park on Friday around 5pm with my dogs and once again there were around 20 teenagers around the shelter smoking and drinking, with rave music blaring.

This has been a problem for a few years now and will never go away, the police are limited as to what they can do.

I personally would love to see the parents pay a fine as they are responsible for their kids.

I did suggest last year that the shelters be taken down as a last resort but in fact the opposite happened, they were repainted.

I can only imagine the state of what the park is going to look like.
