MY parents went to Asda at 7.30am this morning because they stated it was for the elderly and vulnerable.
The shop was full of young people and one man picked up a bread stick and put it back. Then there was nothing on the shelves.
I thought these supermarkets were stocking through the night.
Also they were told to bring proof of their vulnerability but when they got there no one was checking.
These supermarkets need to do more. I didn’t panic buy, just did my normal shop and now I can’t get any food.
