THERE are increasing incidents of horse muck being left along public footpaths in Clock Face.
As a considerate dog walker myself I believe it is my responsibility to clean up any mess made by my animal.
However, why is it that horse owners are not encouraged to do the same?
I understand carrying a bucket and spade is not practical, however, there are ways that horse owners can ensure their animals mess is not left lying on the ground (Blackpool horses have found the right and responsible way).
Please have a bit of common courtesy horse owners.
