Disgusted at parking fine
I AM writing this letter to warn people not to park on the St Helens College town centre car park, before 4pm, during the school holidays.
I parked here during the October half-term to take my family to Cineworld and received a £60 fine.
In the future I will not be visiting Cineworld during half-term and I am disgusted with St Helens College for allowing ParkingEye to impose these rules.
