SHE was a cutie 13 years ago when she was a finalist in our Starbud competition.
Now 16-year-old Alexandra Chapman, from Rainhill, is keen to show she has blossomed into a real beauty.
The bright Carmel College student, who recorded 11 As at GCSE, is a heat finalist in the Miss Teen Queen UK Beauty pageant.
Now the Rainhill teenager, an aspiring writer studying A-levels in English, media, photography and textiles, is appealing for Star readers to vote for her online.
