I WONDER how many Conservative voters in Windle and Rainford realised that by voting Tory they were actually voting for a Lib Dem-led Council?

Liberal Democrats are now Leader and Deputy Leader of the Council as well as holding all but one of the Executive positions.

Finally thank you to the almost 1,000 voters of Windle Ward who voted for me and for Labour on May 4.
