INTERNATIONAL DJ, producer and presenter Judge Jules makes a rare and very welcome return to the decks of Liverpool superclub Garlands this weekend (Saturday 6 November).

There's no denying that Judge Jules has maintained his place amongst the clubbers' favourite DJs.

He plays at all the top club nights in the UK, including

Cream, Gods Kitchen, Gatecrasher, Progress, Garlands, Goodgreef, Slinky, Passion @ Emporium, Serious @ The Cross, Temple Theatre (Dublin), Inside Out @ Arches (Glasgow), Promise and the Honeyclub.

Jules has also packed out fields at the UK's best festivals and weekenders including Homelands, Creamfields and Global Gathering.

Judge Jules began playing in 1987, since then he has played across the UK and on almost every continent in the world.

Now at the peak of his profession, and with his worldwide appeal ever increasing, Jules' DJ sets blend passion with technically brilliant sets that reflect his domestic and international appeal.

Over the past five years, Jules has risen to meteoric success.

In 1998 he was voted No.3 in the 'Top 150 DJs in the World' in DJ Magazine, along with the No.1 position at the Mixmag Clublife / BBC2 Awards.

In 1999, Jules was voted 'Best DJ' at the Muzik Awards and No.1 in the 'Mixmag Readers' Poll'. At the Ministry Awards Jules won 'Best DJ' and 'Best Radio DJ' and at the Smirnoff Dance Star Awards Jules won 'Best International DJ'.

Judge Jules, in essence, 'cleaned-up' in '99, collecting most of the major titles at all the music awards.

Jules then won 'Best Radio DJ' two years in a row in 2000 and 2001 at the Smirnoff Dance Star Awards", also the 'Best International DJ' in 2000, 2001 and 2003 at the BBM Awards. 2002 saw Jules sustain his popularity as no 7 in the world's Top 100 DJs by 'DJ Magazine' and still maintains this Top 10 ranking.

Judge Jules appears at Garlands alongside Dave Booth and Jay Brown. The club is open from 10pm-4am and entrance is £10 or £5 with valid NUS.
