A MAN has been charged with causing serious injury by careless driving.
Anthony Blower, of Queen Street, St Helens, has been charged in connection with a collision on St Helens Road in Prescot, on November 27, 2025.
He is alleged to have caused serious injury to a man in his 60s by driving a Range Rover without due care and attention.
