A MAN is due to appear in court today accused of assault.
Kye Fox, 34, of St Matthews Grove, Thatto Heath, is charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
The charge is in connection with an alleged incident in St Helens on Wednesday, April 29 this year.
He is alleged to have assaulted a female causing actual bodily harm (ABH).
