A WOMAN is due to appear in court accused of committing fraud while working as a practice manager.
Nicola Raby, of Station Road Boulevard, in Prescot, due to appear in court today over allegations involving Park House Medical Centre.
The 50-year-old has been charged with fraud by abuse of position.

The particulars of the charge allege that between April 2018 and February 2024, she abused her position at the Sewell Street-based centre, intending to make a gain for herself of £27,384.66.
Raby is due to appear before Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens Magistrates’ Court today, Wednesday, September 23, for a first hearing.
