A MAN is due to face court after allegedly carrying a Samurai sword in public.
Paul Carmody, of Havelock Close in St Helens, is accused of possessing a bladed article without good reason or lawful authority.
The offence is alleged to have taken place on June 5 this year in a public area on Havelock Close.
