A MAN is due in court today after a delivery driver was bitten in a dog attack.
Declan Twist, of Pentland Avenue, Parr, is due to appear at Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens Magistrates' Court today Tuesday, August 25, charged with being in charge of a dangerously out of control dog causing injury.
Merseyside Police said the incident happened at around 3pm on Wednesday, April 22.

A police spokeswoman said they received a report of a delivery driver being bitten several times on the arm by a German Shepherd while at an address on Pentland Avenue.
Twist, 22, is due to make a first appearance in court today.
