A MAN has been charged with a string of historic sexual offences.
Lee Davies, 47, of Lindsay Street, Clock Face, St Helens, is due in court today facing a total of 25 charges.
These relate to alleged offences dating back to the 1990s in St Helens when the defendant was a teenager.

In total, he is accused of nine counts of gross indecency with a child, 13 counts of indecent assault on a boy, one count of attempted buggery, and two counts of buggery.
The 47-year-old is due to make a first appearance before Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens Magistrates' Court today, Friday, July 24.
