St Helens Town host annual end of season awards at Ruskin

ST HELENS Town AFC recently held their annual end of season awards evening at Ruskin to celebrate the double promotion of the first team and the clubs under 23s team.

Dean Curtis was named the Bill Foulkes player's player of the year award winner whilst Lewis Jenkinson won the Alan Wellens Manager's player of the year award.

Ben Noonan won the Tommy O'Neill young player of the year, whilst for the under 23's, Matty Taylor was named player's player of the year and Makol Atem won the Manager's award.

Atem also received the golden boot award from the Cheshire league as top scorer in his division as the 23s matched to the title last season.

Town continue the pre-season with an away trip to Ashton Town Development tonight before a home game against Morecambe FC under 19's at Ruskin on Saturday.
