A WOMAN has been sentenced after admitting to possessing cocaine and cannabis.
Emma Large, 36, of Pond Green Way, Parr, appeared at Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, June 30, where she pleaded guilty to possession offences.
The court heard that on January 26 this year, Large was found in possession of cocaine in St Helens.
Cocaine is classified as a Class A drug.
Large also admitted to possession of cannabis, a Class B drug, on the same date.

She was fined £120 for possession of cocaine and ordered to pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
The court was told that she was not subject to any probation order at the time of the offence and had shown "high compliance" in a recent probation update.
The court ordered the forfeiture and destruction of the cocaine under section 27 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
For the cannabis offence, no separate penalty was imposed.
The magistrates also ordered the forfeiture and destruction of the cannabis.
A conviction for possession of a Class A drug can carry a maximum sentence at a magistrates' court of 12 months in prison, or an unlimited fine.
Possession of a Class B drug carries a maximum penalty of three months’ imprisonment or a fine of up to £2,500.
