A SUPPORT scheme is offering a helping hand to families during the school holidays.
Aldi launched their Summer Support Scheme in 2025.
The supermarket has confirmed it is bringing it back this year to help families across Merseyside with the additional costs of looking after children during the summer break.
The scheme will see more than £3,000 worth of Aldi vouchers given away throughout July and August, with one winner selected each day of the school holidays to receive a £50 voucher.
Julie Ashfield, chief commercial officer at Aldi UK, said: "The summer break can put extra pressure on finances, especially when it comes to keeping children fed, entertained and active during the holidays.
"As the UK's cheapest supermarket, we're committed to helping families make their money go further all year round, and this scheme is another way we're supporting parents during one of the most expensive times of the year."
Winners can use the vouchers to purchase whatever they need most, including fresh food, cupboard staples, household essentials and summer treats.
The vouchers are intended to offer flexibility and ease during a challenging time for many parents.
Applying for the scheme is simple.
Families need only send their name and email address to SummerSupportScheme@aldi.co.uk to be in with a chance of winning.
The Summer Support Scheme is part of Aldi’s broader commitment to helping families access quality products at affordable prices.
Earlier this year, the supermarket relaunched its Mamia New Parent Fund, which provides £100 Aldi vouchers each week to new parents for a full year to help cover the cost of everyday essentials.
Winners of the Summer Support Scheme will receive their £50 voucher in digital form, emailed directly to the address used for entry.
The scheme reflects Aldi’s ongoing efforts to reduce financial pressure on families, particularly during periods when household spending typically increases.
By offering practical, everyday support, Aldi aims to ensure that parents can continue to provide for their families without added financial stress.
Full terms and conditions for the scheme can be found on Aldi’s website.
