The celebratory day takes place on February 27 every year and is a chance to mark the most important meal of the day.
The Big Breakfast Day celebrates breakfast foods and snacks and encourages people to eat breakfast.
Last year, as part of our search to find the best that St Helens has to offer in 23 different categories, we wanted to see where in the town serves the best breakfast.
Shakey J’s in Newton-le-Willows took top spot but 11 other venues also made the shortlist.
