A TWENTY-FOUR-YEAR-OLD woman has appeared in court charged with wounding a female and assault of a police officer.
Mollie Watson, of Bourne Gardens, Peasley Cross, appeared before Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, August 28.
Watson was charged with unlawful wounding and common assault of an emergency worker.
The 24-year-old stood accused of wounding a female victim on July 18, 2022, in St Helens.
She was also alleged to have assaulted a police officer on the same date acting in the exercise of his duty.

She indicated guilty pleas to both charges and will be sentenced at Liverpool Crown Court next month.
Magistrates committed the case for sentencing at the higher court on Wednesday, September 25.
Watson was granted unconditional bail until then.
