A ROAD was blocked off after a police vehicle was involved in a crash on Tuesday afternoon.
Officers attended the area of Gerards Bridge, at College Street, shortly after 1.45pm on August 27.
This was after a police car had been involved in a "one-vehicle accident".
Meanwhile, minutes later a motorbike skidded out of control near the same location.
There was a road closure put in place while the scene was cleared.
