PLANS to convert a beauty salon into a house of multiple occupation have been drawn up.
Proposals for a change of use of the Jade Salon and Training on Church Road, Haydock, into a six-bedroom HMO have been sent in to council planners.
The salon is planning to relocate to a new premises and will continue trading.
Applicant Stuart Gallagher has sent in the plans which also include for external alterations to be made to the building.

The Star understands the application requires the use of the alleyway adjacent to the property for access to the rear garden.
The land is unregistered and anyone who has full ownership this land and rejects the claim for access is asked to contact St Helens Council’s planning department by June 28.
