A BAKERY chain has submitted plans for an empty retail unit.

Greggs has submitted planning applications in relation to the vacant premises at 99-101 Higher Parr Street, Fingerpost.

One is for new signage, a new shopfront and two air conditioning condenser units for the premises, which was formerly a Coral bookmakers.

The unit had been listed as available to let online.
