MOTORISTS are being warned that a road is “partially blocked” this morning.
The incident is affecting the A49 Lodge Lane southbound in Haydock.
There are tailbacks due what is described as a “traffic problem” between A599 Penny Lane and M6 junction 23 at Haydock.
Details of the incident are being reported by traffic monitoring service Inrix.
