The proposals comprise works to fell two ash trees ‘to ground level’ and a crown lift to two lime trees and one horse chestnut tree, along with works to an elm tree that will see it reduced back from the building by 2m.
In the officer report, it says: “The tree officer was satisfied with the assessment provided for all the trees affected by this order, and is willing to support the proposals as they are clearly for the purpose of good tree management.”
