A COMMUNITY group is looking to fund local charities and worthy causes to support the wider community.

Serving the community since 1986, the Rainhill Rotary group has been run by a diverse group collection of volunteers who work to better the community and support other local groups.

Throughout the year, the group organises the ever-popular Rainhill Beer Festival, Santa Sleigh activities, as well as other fundraisers and has raising hundreds of thousands of pounds since its launch.

The group also meet weekly at Rainhill Recreational Club and as part of its Community Support Fund project, the group is looking for more worthy causes to donate their raised funds towards.
