THERE is slow traffic on the M6 this afternoon due to a vehicle with an "abnormal load" on the motorway.
The M6 is seeing delays near to junction 22 due to the issue.

Live traffic tracker INRIX stated as of 1pm: "Slow traffic due to abnormal load on M6 Northbound at J22 A49 Winwick Link Road (Newton-le-Willows)."
