LOOK inside the town centre’s latest new venture inside the former Bruno’s Rodizio now transformed into bistro pub Brickhouse Tavern.

The venture by 18-year-old Lewis Karoonian, the son of the previous owner of Bruno’s Rodizio Sharon Duong, has seen him transform the venue on Rigby Street in a bid to create a place for people to come and have a "relaxed drink in comfortable surroundings".

He said: “It’s very exciting its vintage look by incorporating the brick into modern vibes with the lighting and nature walls. I want to create somewhere people of all ages want to come to relax and unwind.

“I’ve worked in Bruno’s for a long time and had a lot of responsibility since age 16 and to be given this opportunity by my family is amazing at such a young age and not one I take for granted.

“I really hope people will come and have a look what we have on offer and all the hard work we’ve put in to creating the Brickhouse Tavern.”

The bistro pub opened at the end of last month and its opening hours are Monday to Thursday 4pm to 10pm, Friday and Saturday noon to 1am and Sunday noon to 10pm.
