AN ESTATE agents under new leadership is looking forward to helping homebuyers in the community after undergoing a renovation.

Burns and Reid has been acquired by Mike Taylor and the company has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment to enhance its office space, at Lynton Way, in Windle.

The refurbishment was completed in late 2023 and the firm is looking forward to contributing to the positive development of the business community in the area.

Mike, who carried out a buy-out of Warrington-based Homemove Sales and Lettings, six years ago, has more than 30 years experience in property, finance and insurance.

He is absorbing the Warrington business into the St Helens-based Burns and Reid.

Mike, who bought his first home in the area on Norley Drive, nearly 40 years ago, said: "It is great to work with the experienced and dedicated team at Lynton Way.

"Myself and the rest of the team all look forward to helping people from Windle and the surrounding areas, to buy, sell and rent their next home."

Mike added that he really looks forward to meeting people at the newly refurbished office.
