SOME of the town's biggest sporting stars will go head to head in a St Helens version of A Question of Sport.
PDC darts world champion Michael Smith and recently retired Saints captain and all-time record appearance maker James Roby will be among those taking part.
Former BDO world darts champion Stephen Bunting and former middleweight professional boxer Martin Murray will also be involved.
The event takes place at Saints' Totally Wicked Stadium in the 1873 Lounge, on the evening of Friday, February 23, 2024.
The event will be held on behalf of the mayor of St Helens Lynn Clarke and will be in aid of the Deafness Resource Centre, in Dentons Green Lane.

Organiser Mark Hayes, sporting director at FC St Helens and business and operations manager at SMS International & Pro Soccer Experience, said: "I am honoured and extremely proud to be producing this amazing evening on behalf of St Helens mayor Lynn Clarke, raising vital funds and awareness for the Deafness Resource Centre.
"St Helens' top sporting stars competing in a very interactive version of the legendary game
"They will also be joined on stage by friends, and England's Deaf Football captains Claire Stancliffe and Jamie Clarke."
Former Gerard landlord and Ruskin Sports Village general manager Mark added: "I want something that is a completely different script, something that everyone will be talking about after the event.
"I have always wanted to put together A Question of Sport, and where better than in St Helens with all the town's best and world champions under one roof."
There will also be a raffle and auctions on the night.
