A RESTAURATEUR who has opened highly successful venues in Liverpool and Manchester has brought his highly-anticipated venture into Prescot.
After years of hard graft working in hotels and restaurants, Okan Bulut launched the popular Macello Meathouse restaurant in West Derby, Liverpool, and then the 'Maturo Meathouse' in Urmston, Manchester.
With a focus on high-quality meats and steaks, the restaurants have attracted many customers and even famous footballers through the doors, and after this success, Okan decided the time was right to expand Maturo into a new location.

Officially opening along Eccleston Street in Prescot on Monday, December 4, Okan says that Maturo has had "amazing feedback" from those who have tried out the new steakhouse.
Okan said: "I have a lot of friends around Liverpool and Prescot, and it's a really nice area here.
"There are some really nice places, so hopefully we can be a boost to the area with our high-quality food and great service."
Highlighting the quality of Maturo Meathouse, Okan has won awards for his steakhouse back in his home country of Turkey, and the restaurant's Tomahawk, T-bone, Rib Eye, and Sirloin steaks have attracted rave reviews from customers.
Opening the Prescot restaurant with business partner Fatih, Okan says that he hopes to continue growing the business while keeping up its high standards.
He added: "We are not a huge chain but a venue with a few restaurants, so we are trying to grow but keeping our standards high.
"Everyone seems to be loving it so far [in Prescot] and we have had amazing feedback, so I am really proud of my team."
