THREE men were arrested after police were alerted to attempted thefts from vehicles in a car park.
Officers were called to Whiston on Sunday afternoon, November 26, after receiving reports of the incidents.
Three men were said to be trying to steal from vehicles in a car park in the area.

Three suspects were detained and searched by officers.
Police arrested three men on suspicion of theft and vehicle interference.
In a statement, Merseyside Police said: "Knowsley's Response & Patrol Team were called to Whiston yesterday afternoon, after receiving reports that three men were attempting to steal from vehicles in a local car park.
"Three local men were detained, searched and arrested nearby on suspicion of theft and vehicle interference."
