Only winners of the Quality Award can go through to receive a Seal of Excellence.Tom was one of four site managers in Bloor Homes’ North West region, and one of the 22 site managers for the developer across the whole of England, to receive a Pride in the Job Quality Award in the summer.

Tom said: “The Seal of Excellence is highly regarded across the industry and competition is incredibly tough as there are some really talented site managers out there. It really is a great honour to be recognised at such a high level.

“That said, it wouldn’t have been possible to achieve this recognition without the dedication and shared vision of my brilliant team, who celebrated with me on the night.  Thank you to them for all their hard work.”

Andrew Ward Construction Director at Bloor Homes, added: “Tom is a fantastic team leader who works to the highest standards, setting the bar for the whole team and everyone on his site. This Award is very well deserved and is a reflection on the whole team and the high standards they are working to at Elowen Garden Village.”
