PROPOSALS to create an extension and new fencing at a nursery premises have been drawn up.
A planning application has been submitted for Early Learners Nursery, on Irwin Road, Sutton.
The plans include for a single-storey side extension, new drop kerb with hardstanding and a new 1.8 metre high wire mesh fencing.

The application states that the number of parking spaces at the site will go from seven to 11, with a disability space and five cycle spaces in addition.
Plans state the nursery currently has 16 full-time and four part-time staff members and that this will increase to 18 full-time and six part-time upon completion.
The plans are on standard consultation to the public until Wednesday, November 29.
A decision by council planners is expected on the application by January 3, 2024.
