A THEATRE company will bring a walkabout fairytale adventure to a St Helens park this weekend.
Willo the Wisp and the Lost Flame is being staged in Taylor Park on Saturday, October 14.
Prescot-based Imaginarium Theatre is putting on what it describes as a "magical walkabout fairytale adventure".
Tickets are on sale priced £12 for adults and £8 for children. It is £35 for a family of four.
Magical adventure
A statement describing the show reads: "Enrol at Wizard School and go on a quest with the Story Wizard to find Willo the Wisp, rescue the Princess Ember and relight the Flame of Winter.
"Along the way you will meet lots of fairytale characters (forest elves, fire sprites, white witches, gnomes, wisps and trolls) in beautiful locations around the parks.
"You can choose to go on your adventure by daylight or twilight depending on how brave you feel.
"Music, dance, lights, fairies and fire arts will bewitch your mind and dazzle your senses. Wrap up warm and don’t miss this spectacular family walkabout adventure!"
Performance times
There are two performances at Taylor Park, this Saturday, at 3pm and 5.30pm.
It is also at Stadt Moers Park, Whiston on Saturday, October 21 at 3pm and 5.30pm.
