A LANDMARK pub in St Helens has been put up for let.
The Horseshoe on Derbyshire Hill Road, Parr, is listed with findmypub.com and is seeking someone to take the reins.
The owners of the pub are looking for someone to take on the venue, but it will mean an "ingoing cost" of £11,500 and annual rent of £18,800.
The long-standing pub, which is an imposing building off the Horseshoe Roundabout, is described as being located within a “densely populated housing area”.

The listing states: “Occupying a prominent position on a busy main road, close to local shops and amenities.
“The public house benefits from being a two-bar operation with a separate function room. To the rear are a small patio beer garden and a large car park, extensive four-bedroomed accommodation including private kitchen, bathroom, and large living room.”
The Horseshoe is also listed on the website of the Trust Inns pub company.
