HERE are details of some road closures in place in St Helens this week due to works
Liverpool Road, St Helens
This is for work by NGE Contracting on Sunday, April 30 on a fibre broadband roll-out.
The closure will be at the junction with A58 Borough Road.
Marshalls Cross Road
As previously reported there will be a closure as part of a major project on cycling and walking infrastructure.
This will be from Monday, April 24 to Wednesday, May 3.
There will be a northbound closure between Marshalls Cross Roundabout and Elton Head Road

Elton Head Road & Marshalls Cross Road
This is for carriageway resurfacing from Saturday, April 29 to Monday, May 1 at the roads' junction with each other.
Delays in the area are likely.
Footbridge, Merton Bank
Works to replace a footbridge by St Helens Council are continuing.
Starting on Tuesday, April 11 they will last until May 29.
The public right of way between Merton Bank Road and Parbold Avenue is closed by this.
