THERE were traffic delays on a road this afternoon after a collision between a car and cyclist.
Disruption to traffic took place on Elephant Lane today, Friday.
It is understood the scene has since been cleared.
A Merseyside Police spokesman said: "We received a report at around 3.35pm earlier today (Friday, February 3) of a road traffic collision between a car and a cyclist.
"There were no reported injuries."

Live traffic tracker Inrix stated at 4.30pm "Accident cleared on Elephant Lane both ways near the community centre."
