ST HELENS Swimming Club rounded off an excellent year with more superb swimming at the Trafford Metro Meet on Sunday.
Hayden Battle was once again prominent with four gold medals, two silvers and a bronze, whilst Alicia Ashton added a gold, a silver and two bronze to her collection.
Charlie Bowcock took a well deserved gold in the 100m Backstroke.
Mia Percy claimed silver in the 50m Backstroke with Shreyas Mishra doing likewise in the 50m Breaststroke. Oliver Crosby finished his year with a bronze in the 50m Backstroke.
There were also a number of good performances, including Personal Bests, from Jaxon Pullen, Ella Whittle, Darcey Briers, Josh Barker, Olivia Bradshaw, Steph Bradshaw, Sam Haraben and Pratyush Mishra.
After a short Christmas break attention will turn to the Lancashire County Championships at the end of January
