LEIGH Centurions will re-brand as Leigh Leopards for the 2023 Super League season and beyond.
They announced the decision at this afternoon's press conference - which is still ongoing.
They have so far announced several high-profile signings - Zak Hardaker,Ricky Leutele, Tom Briscoe, Matt Davis, Jacob Gannon, Oliver Holmes, Aaron Smith, Nathan Wilde, Jack Hughes, Gareth O'Brien and Robbie Mulhearn.
Adrian Lam is contracted as coach until the end of 2024.
The club said that from 2023 the newly promoted club will operate a Men's Super League team, a Women's Super League team and Under 15s and Under 16s Development teams.
Leigh will will continue the work of the LDRL and PDRL teams as they work towards an Academy and Category A status.
